Refund Policy

Physical items purchased from the Xtrover Store may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all security seals intact.

2. Digital Goods & Arcade Access

Due to the instantaneous nature of digital delivery, software licenses and arcade credits are non-refundable once accessed or utilized. Partial refunds may be considered for technical failures preventing access.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
